At his Baldwin Park establishment, Chef Michael Cooper is committed to sourcing the freshest local ingredients available, and believes that cooking with simple, strong techniques and clean flavors is the only way to go.
“I always enjoy working with local farmers and fishermen to bring the highest quality food to our guests,” he says. “Our protein is local, the stuff we’re cooking it over is local, and what we’re finishing it with is also local.”
